Refund Policy

The Scam Playbook is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because we cannot recover or restrict access to a downloaded file, we do not offer refunds on opened or downloaded purchases.

What we will do

• Download issues — If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you can't open the PDF on your device, email hello@thescamplaybook.com and we will fix it immediately. This includes replacing the file or sending alternative formats if needed.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases — If you purchased the same book twice within 24 hours, or accidentally bought the wrong product, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
• Unauthorized charges — If you believe a charge was made fraudulently, contact us immediately. We will refund the charge in full pending verification.
