The Scam Playbook respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase and (if you opt in) send you the Spot-the-Scam weekly newsletter. We never sell or share customer data with anyone. We never have. We never will.

What we collect

• Your email address (required to deliver your purchase)
• Your billing address (required by our payment processor)
• Aggregate analytics about how visitors use this site (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) — anonymized

What we don't collect

• Your real name, address, or phone number unless you choose to provide it
• Your reading habits inside the PDF (we have no way to track this)
• Any data we don't strictly need to deliver your purchase

Third parties

We use industry-standard services to operate this store: Shopify (storefront + checkout), Stripe / Shopify Payments (payment processing), Klaviyo (email), Sky Pilot (digital delivery), Google Analytics + Google Ads + Meta Pixel (anonymized analytics). Each handles your data under their own privacy policies, which we have reviewed.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@thescamplaybook.com. We will comply within 30 days.
